Our Sunflower Cake is topped with a large sunflower piped petal by petal in golden buttercream around a dark chocolate center, set over green sides finished with white dots and a warm shell border. Every petal is piped by hand, giving the cake a lively, textured surface rather than a flat printed look. It is a favorite for summer birthdays, rustic bridal showers and late season gatherings.

- Hand Piped Sunflower: A full sunflower is piped petal by petal in golden buttercream with a dark chocolate center, framed by green buttercream sides with white dot detail.
- Choice of Flavor: Choose vanilla or chocolate cake underneath, both frosted in our traditional buttercream.
- Custom Frosting Color: The sunflower and the base frosting can be tinted to your preferred palette so the cake matches your event theme or the recipient's favorite colors. Add a note at checkout and we will confirm the details with you.
- Optional Cake Topper: Add a custom round paper topper with a personalized message, name or graphic. This is an optional upgrade for a small additional fee, confirmed by phone before your order is finalized.
- About the Photograph: Any round topper shown in the photograph is the optional upgrade above and is not included as standard. Cake stands, linens, flowers and other props are styling only and are not part of the order.

Messenger Delivery in the Greater Boston Area
Our cupcakes and cakes are baked to order! Please allow 1-3 days for us to custom bake your gift.
We offer messenger deliveries to Greater Boston addresses, Monday through Friday. If your city or town is not listed, please call us for a quote. Rates are:

Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For International Shipments or if your gift requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.739.0900 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day.
Generally speaking, orders are shipped the next business day. Embroidered or personalized gifts will ship within 3-5 business days.
In the Greater Boston Area, we also offer delivery via Messenger. When using Messenger Delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. Please call us for pricing if you would like Messenger Delivery outside the Greater Boston Area.
Typically orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. For orders that require UPS Saturday Delivery, please call for pricing.
Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products
Gifts that are marked Perishable must reach their destination in no more than 2 days to ensure freshness. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Perishable gifts cannot be shipped to International addresses, Post Office Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Because of California law, we cannot ship fruit to California.
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
