Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For International Shipments or if your gift requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.739.0900 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day.
Generally speaking, orders are shipped the next business day. Embroidered or personalized gifts will ship within 2-4 business days.
In the Greater Boston Area, we also offer delivery via Messenger. When using Messenger Delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. Please call us for pricing if you would like Messenger Delivery outside the Greater Boston Area.
Typically orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. For orders that require UPS Saturday Delivery, please call for pricing.
Messenger Delivery During the Weekend
We do offer Messenger Delivery to locations in and outside the Greater Boston Area on the weekends. Please call for pricing at 617.739.0900.
UPS Ground Transit Map
For non-perishable products we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical way to ship, especially when shipping to addresses that are in New England and New York City. The map below shows the estimated number of transit days (business days only, Monday - Friday) for UPS Ground Service.
Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products
Gifts that are marked Perishable must reach their destination in no more than 2 days to ensure freshness. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Perishable gifts cannot be shipped to International addresses, Post Office Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Because of California law, we cannot ship fruit to California.
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
