Product Overview
Our Easter Carrot Cake is finished in ivory buttercream with cream rosettes piped around the crown and a row of small icing carrots set across the top, with a Happy Easter topper to complete the table. Underneath is the carrot cake itself, moist and lightly spiced, filled and iced with rich cream cheese frosting. It is the dessert that ends Easter dinner and still looks like a centerpiece on the way in.
What's Included
- This Season's Easter Design: Ivory buttercream finished with piped cream rosettes, hand piped icing carrots across the top and a Happy Easter topper. The spring look is designed by our bakery team for the season.
- Cream Cheese Icing: The carrot layers are filled and iced with our cream cheese frosting, tangy enough to balance the sweetness and smooth all the way to the edge.
- Choose Your Cake Flavor: Carrot is the signature for this design. If you would rather have vanilla, chocolate or red velvet layers under the same Easter finish, tell us when you call and we will bake it that way.
- Seasonal Variation: The topper, the carrot piping and the shade of the buttercream may change from one spring to the next with supplier availability and with the refinements our bakers make to the design.
- About the Photograph: Pedestal stands, tulips, speckled eggs and other props shown in the photographs are styling only and are not part of the order.
- Handcrafted Note: Because each cake is iced and piped by hand to order, the carrots and rosettes will sit a little differently than they do in the photographs shown.
Size and Serving Guide
Choose 6 inch, 8 inch or 10 inch at checkout. Our 8 inch comfortably serves 10 to 15 as a dessert style slice, with the 6 inch suited to a smaller table and the 10 inch to a full gathering. Call us with your guest count and we will help you size it.

For local Boston area deliveries only. Please choose Local Delivery at checkout. Please note that we do not ship our cakes or cupcakes.

Messenger Delivery in the Greater Boston Area
Our cupcakes and cakes are baked to order! Please allow 1-3 days for us to custom bake your gift.
We offer messenger deliveries to Greater Boston addresses, Monday through Friday. If your city or town is not listed, please call us for a quote. Rates are:

Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For International Shipments or if your gift requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.739.0900 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day.
Generally speaking, orders are shipped the next business day. Embroidered or personalized gifts will ship within 3-5 business days.
In the Greater Boston Area, we also offer delivery via Messenger. When using Messenger Delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. Please call us for pricing if you would like Messenger Delivery outside the Greater Boston Area.
Typically orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. For orders that require UPS Saturday Delivery, please call for pricing.
Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products
Gifts that are marked Perishable must reach their destination in no more than 2 days to ensure freshness. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Perishable gifts cannot be shipped to International addresses, Post Office Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Because of California law, we cannot ship fruit to California.
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
