Holiday gifts are one of the simplest ways to thank the clients, teams and partners who carried you through the year. They also take more planning than most people expect, especially when logos, long address lists and shipping deadlines are involved. Here is the planning guide we walk our business customers through every season in our Chestnut Hill studio.
Step 1: Decide Who Is on the List
Start with a simple spreadsheet. Group recipients by the kind of gift that makes sense for each.
- Key clients and partners: a generous basket or a Boston themed gift that feels personal.
- Teams and departments: a sharable snack box or a gift tower for the break room.
- Event guests and prospects: small logo favors like cookies or chocolate covered Oreos.
Include full shipping addresses, a contact name and the gift message for each recipient. Clean lists are the single biggest time saver at the busiest time of year.
Step 2: Choose Gifts That Carry Your Brand
Logo Snack Boxes
Our snack boxes can carry your company logo on the front of the box. The Office Break Snack Box is an all savory lineup of chips and crackers, the Healthy Snack Box leans toward lighter snacks, and the Deluxe Office Break Snack Box mixes sweet and savory favorites for sharing across a department. Contents are a rotating selection, with brands such as Goldfish, Cheez-It and SkinnyPop depending on availability.
Logo Sugar Cookies
The 3 x 2 inch Logo Sugar Cookie is baked fresh, frosted in white icing and printed with your logo in full color, then sealed in its own cello bag. They are a sweet touch at client meetings, open houses and holiday parties.
Logo Chocolate Covered Oreos
Our 4-Piece Logo Oreos and 2-Piece Logo Oreos are sealed in milk, dark or white chocolate and topped with your logo or a short greeting. Pair your logo with a seasonal message for a favor that feels made for the moment.
Step 3: Send a Taste of Boston to Out of State Clients
If your clients are outside Massachusetts, a Boston gift says something no generic basket can. Our Boston Common Gift Basket and Beantown Bonanza Gift Basket are packed with local favorites such as Cape Cod chips, Boston Baked Beans and Boston Bits cookies. The City Sidewalks Holiday Gift Tote adds a red BOSTON tote that stays useful long after the treats are gone. Browse all of our Boston gifts.
Step 4: Add Holiday Gift Boxes for the Whole Team
For an office or a front desk, a gift tower is easy to share and looks festive on arrival. The Snowman Tower Gift Boxes, Sweet & Salty Holiday Gift Boxes and Royal Tower of Treats are all packed by hand with sweet and savory treats. See more in our Holiday Gifts and Business Gifts collections.
Step 5: Order Early
Logo work, large quantities and December shipping all take time. A few planning notes:
- Start in early November if your gifts carry a logo or go to a long list. Artwork is confirmed with you before anything is printed.
- Five or more shipments: please call to place the order by phone so we can match every recipient, address and message.
- Quantity pricing and logo setup: we quote these by phone, along with turnaround time for your order.
- Shipping: most gifts ship by UPS the next business day once they are packed. Perishable items need faster shipping outside our nearby transit zones. Details are on our Shipping and Ordering Info page.
- Local deliveries: for offices around Boston, we also offer messenger delivery Monday through Friday.
