Boston Gift Baskets is a gift basket studio at 501 Heath Street in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Roberta and her team pack every basket and box by hand, to order, for people who want a gift to feel personal when it arrives. We ship across the continental United States and deliver around Greater Boston.
Who We Are
We are a small Boston team that loves the moment a gift is opened. Our customers are parents sending something to a new grandchild, friends checking in on someone who is unwell, and offices thanking clients and staff. Whoever you are sending to, we treat the order as if we were the ones bringing it to the door.

What We Make
Hand-Packed Gift Baskets and Boxes
Our baskets and boxes are packed by hand in our studio for birthdays, get well wishes, sympathy, thank yous and the holidays. Contents are a rotating selection of gourmet snacks and sweets, so specific brands can change with availability, while the basket or box you choose stays the same.
Boston and New York Gifts
Our Boston gifts are filled with treats the city is known for, from New England snacks to Red Sox and Celtics themes. They are a favorite for welcoming visitors, thanking out of town clients and sending a taste of home to anyone who has moved away. We make New York themed baskets too.
Embroidered and Hand Painted Baby and Kids Gifts
We run our own embroidery machine, so blankets, bibs, burp cloths, laundry bags and more can carry a name or a monogram. Some kids gifts, like step stools and beach pails, have the child's name hand painted right here in the studio. Browse our baby gifts for embroidered baskets and keepsakes.
Cakes, Cupcake Bouquets and Cupcake Jars
Our cakes and cupcake bouquets are baked to order and are available for local Boston area delivery only. Please allow 1 to 3 days for us to bake your gift. Our cupcake jars are sealed and packed to travel, so they ship nationwide.
Corporate and Logo Gifts
We put company logos on snack boxes, sugar cookies, chocolate covered Oreos and more, and we pack gifts for whole teams and client lists. Visit our business gifts or see custom orders to start a larger project.
How Ordering Works
- Order online or by phone: Shop the site any time, or call us at 617.739.0900, weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends.
- Shipping: Most gifts ship by UPS the next business day to any address in the continental United States. Embroidered and personalized gifts ship in 3 to 5 business days.
- Local delivery: We offer messenger delivery to Boston and surrounding towns, Monday through Friday.
- Pickup: Local pickup at our Chestnut Hill studio can be arranged by phone.
- Five or more shipments: Please call to place larger orders so we can get every address and message right.
