Product Overview
A cake shaped and frosted into a cheerful turkey, with piped buttercream feathers fanning out behind it and a tail of candy corn set into the crown. It works twice over: a centerpiece guests photograph before dinner, then dessert once the plates are cleared. Under the sculpting are moist layers and smooth buttercream, made fresh for your date.
What's Included
- This Season's Turkey Design: A hand sculpted turkey finished in smooth buttercream, with piped feather detail and a fanned candy corn tail. The Thanksgiving design is set by our bakery team for the season.
- Choose Your Cake Flavor: Chocolate is our most requested for this one, and vanilla and red velvet are available as well. Tell us which you would like when you call to place the order.
- Seasonal Variation: The feather colors, the candy used for the tail and the exact sculpted shape change a little from one Thanksgiving to the next with supplier availability and with the refinements our bakers make to the design.
- About the Photograph: Pedestal stands, plates, napkins, candy bowls and servers shown in the photographs are styling only and are not part of the order.
- Handcrafted Note: Because each turkey is sculpted and piped by hand to order, no two come out identical and the exact expression and feather placement will vary from the photographs shown.

Our sculpted cakes are made to order, so we size them to the gathering. Call us with your guest count and we will recommend the right size for your table.

Our cupcakes and cakes are baked to order! Please allow 1-3 days for us to custom bake your gift.
We offer messenger deliveries to Greater Boston addresses, Monday through Friday. If your city or town is not listed, please call us for a quote. Rates are:

Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For International Shipments or if your gift requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.739.0900 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day.
Generally speaking, orders are shipped the next business day. Embroidered or personalized gifts will ship within 3-5 business days.
In the Greater Boston Area, we also offer delivery via Messenger. When using Messenger Delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. Please call us for pricing if you would like Messenger Delivery outside the Greater Boston Area.
Typically orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. For orders that require UPS Saturday Delivery, please call for pricing.
Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products
Gifts that are marked Perishable must reach their destination in no more than 2 days to ensure freshness. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Perishable gifts cannot be shipped to International addresses, Post Office Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Because of California law, we cannot ship fruit to California.
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
