Product Overview
Toddler's first backpack is made for busy toddlers on the go, with the child's name embroidered right on the front flap. The quilted cotton pack has adjustable straps, a drawstring top and a zip front pocket, plus playful appliqués like the airplanes and the ballerina hippo shown here. It is machine washable and ideal for day care, trips around town or a sleepover at grandma and grandpa's house.
Customize Your Backpack
- The Quilted Backpack: Quilted cotton with a fold over flap, a drawstring closure, a zip front pocket and adjustable straps sized for little shoulders.
- Embroidered Name: The child's name is embroidered across the front flap, as shown on the Max and Megan backpacks. Type it in the Child's Name field on this page before adding it to your cart.
- Color: Choose Blue & Green or Pink & Purple in the Color menu. The Blue & Green pack is shown with airplane appliqués and the Pink & Purple pack with hearts and a ballerina hippo.
- Easy Care: The backpack is machine washable, so it comes clean after snack time spills and sandbox afternoons.
- Handcrafted Note: The name and design in the photo are an illustrative example. Every backpack is embroidered to order, so appliqué designs and fabric shades may vary from the photo depending on current inventory. Messenger Delivery in the Greater Boston Area
Our cupcakes and cakes are baked to order! Please allow 1-3 days for us to custom bake your gift.
We offer messenger deliveries to Greater Boston addresses, Monday through Friday. If your city or town is not listed, please call us for a quote. Rates are:

Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For International Shipments or if your gift requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.739.0900 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day.
Generally speaking, orders are shipped the next business day. Embroidered or personalized gifts will ship within 3-5 business days.
In the Greater Boston Area, we also offer delivery via Messenger. When using Messenger Delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. Please call us for pricing if you would like Messenger Delivery outside the Greater Boston Area.
Typically orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. For orders that require UPS Saturday Delivery, please call for pricing.
Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products
Gifts that are marked Perishable must reach their destination in no more than 2 days to ensure freshness. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Perishable gifts cannot be shipped to International addresses, Post Office Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Because of California law, we cannot ship fruit to California.
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets.
